â‚° School: Day Eight [III] Wednesday, 17 July 2013 | 0 comment[s] Nothing interesting really happened today to be honest. Most of the classes were normal I guess. Haha, not much of a change. Science we did an experiment to show the speed of a Ticker Timer and it's constant speed. Was interesting since we got these tapes and attached it to this cart where we pushed it. And then since it was under the ticker thing, it had these blue dots where it indicated the place where the ticker hit. We did the experiment twice and for the first one, we didn't know how to do it and the cart was quite slow so the dots were closer to each other. When we did it the second time for the second dot, we got the hang of it and the we pushed the cart so the dots were further away from each other compared to the first trial. It was an interesting experiment indeed. We had music next and there was this funny thing. At my school, we have mac books and like, they're good laptops but we didn't get how they were so slow most of the time. When we found out how to get it to run faster, another problem occurred. So like, the problem with the laptop was that because it had it's WiFi turned on and that caused the laptops to look through so many connections on trying to ind a proxy and all. So to get the laptop to run faster we turned off the WiFi and the person who used the laptop before my class forgot to turn it back on before logging off. So when my class tried to use it, it didn't work since the laptops needs the WiFi connection to be able to log into the system. Haha, we ended up just mucking around for the whole lesson since what the teacher had planned out for us to do didn't happen. He even called the IT technicians to come and fix them up. I just realised, that I forgot to delete my contact info... Damn it... I left my username and my password still in the boxes when I was trying to log in. AHHHHH, damn it. So screwed if something happens. English was just reading of Romeo and Juliet. Van had a female part because he wanted it, and because he was playing the nurse, he ended up using a high pitch voice. Freaking amusing. Oh, and talking to a friend while I'm typing this, she says that the guy's name who I forgot yesterday is called Hayden. Haha, she has a funny story that goes with how she got their names as well... HAHAHA Maths was just revision. Since we had a substitute last lesson and the teacher wanted him to teach us something so she just went to recap the whole lesson for us. Spent like, basically the whole lesson recapping because there were people writing down the notes instead of doing them last week... Facepalm. I swear. We only had like, 10 minutes to do the actual work. HAHA. And, I just realised, these first two posts are quite long and the font of my blog is quite small as well so I apologise if it's a pain reading this since yeah.. Almost time for me to go since it's about like, 8:12 so yeah.. I'll go now, with another weird ending~ And so far, I know only one person reads this blog. Haha. I only know that Suzanne reads this blog since she checks it every day... Even though I stopped for a month, she still was checking it. Lolol. Surprised but yeah.
